Then this consult is for you!

​You can choose between 60 and 90 minutes, depending on how many things you would like to discuss. Some examples would be: choosing a provider, medicated vs. unmedicated birth,
comfort measures, birth location, pain relief, etc.
At booking, a form will be provided for you to fill out asking more details of what you'd like to cover. This will help me to prepare for our meeting since we will discuss a lot in a short amount of time. ​

A midwife in your pocket!​
Ever wish you could consult with a midwife, but still see another provider? Well, I'm here just for you. If you would like to continue seeing your provider, but would also love to have a midwife in your pocket to ask your questions then this is for you! Sometimes prenatal appointments can be quick. If you'd like more time with a provider to cover your personal pregnancy and birth questions, then let's meet. It can be the best of both worlds, if that's what you are looking for!

This is like the birth plan consultation but even more personalized.
We can cover your pregnancy, upcoming birth, recommendations and alternatives, informed consent, nutrition, baby care, etc.
At booking, a form will be provided for you to fill out asking more details of what you'd like
to cover. This will help me to prepare for our meeting!

This video call with you - and your partner/support person - covers all the fun stuff:
prenatal, labor and birth, and postpartum (with a focus on birth, what to expect, and comfort measures). Personal and tailored to you, this is a good time to ask as many questions as you'd like to feel confident going into your birth. You can be sure that you will always receive evidence-based, well-researched, and compassionate information.

There will be times of teaching, activities, handouts
(provided before class so you can print and have them ready), and more!

So many changes happen postpartum and even experienced mamas don't always know what to expect. This is one or more months of postpartum support by email and/or text to answer any questions that come up as you adjust to life with your newest little one.
This often overlooked period of time is full of changes; from sleep to hormones to healing
from birth to nursing (not to mention the new member of your family!),
it can be helpful to navigate the changes with an experienced and caring person who
is available to answer your questions.
